Now, one of our favorite spots to use the card is Bistro Niko:
When You’re Going
Ok, like the Paris bistro it’s modeled after, there’s never a bad time to go to Bistro Niko. But, the best time to go? Date night! Seriously, guys, if you take your sweetheart here, you’ve hit a home run. As the sun sets and the lights begin to dim, the air is just electric with love.
Where You’re Sitting
When the weather is gorgeous, there’s only one spot you’ll find us – the stunning patio outside. Facing Peachtree Street, it’s very inviting and definitely the place to be after work on a warm evening. And if there’s a chill in the air? Head straight to the beautiful bar. There’s a lively after work crowd that thins a bit during dinner. Not only is the bar beautiful to look at, this is where some of the most interesting conversations we’ve ever had have taken place.
What’s In Your Glass
With a Parisian bistro setting, you have to order some bubbly to start with. Along with an extensive wine list with a giant range of French reds, whites, and champagne, Bistro Niko has been killing it in the cocktail department. Our latest crush? The Trois Martini which is Grey Goose infused with a blend of strawberries, raspberries & blueberries. AKA, Heaven in a glass.
What’s On Your Plate
And how about the food? Well to be blunt, it’s all really good. Like, really good. But, if we had to build our dream meal at Bistro Niko, we would start with the Gougères which are airy French cheese puffs. We could eat a whole basket worth with no guilt whatsoever. Then, we would move on to the Smokes Salmon Tarte appetizer. It would be tough to not eat it all, but this would be a shareable dish for the table. For our entree, it has to be the Scallops St. Jacques served over a potato puree and asparagus. And to finish things out strong, there only one dessert that will do; Profiteroles. Ice cream between pieces of pastry and drizzled with dark chocolate and almonds? More, please!
