UnWined & Tap is located in Marietta, Georgia. It is one of the newest wine and tapas bars in this area, and it is next door to their wine and craft beer store, unCorked. UnWined & Tap offers a large list of tapas to go along with their extensive wine list, and offer suggestions on which wines and tapas go best together.
Crú is a Dallas based chain with two metro locations at Alpharetta’s Avalon and The Battery in Cobb County. Crú is known for their cheeseboards and wine tastings. The cheeseboards have a description of where each cheese came from, so people can better pick their wine to pair it with. Their extensive bottle list is best paired with the pear & gorgonzola stone fire pizza due to its sweet and savory taste.
The Atlas Restaurant is located in the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead, and it offers one of the deepest wine lists in Atlanta. Atlas also has farm fresh American cuisine that contains a daily changing menu, and there are extensive desserts and sweeter wines for sipping after the main course is done. The staff offers different suggestions of which wine is best paired with each meal, and the wine ranges from back-vintages to splurge bottles.
Aria is a restaurant located in Buckhead. It offers a smaller comprehensive bottle list to go along with a dinner choice of seafood or meat; however a seven-course tasting menu is available nightly upon request. Wine selections change with the season, and the dinner and dessert menu changes daily. The angus fillet mignon is best paired with one of the red wine selections.
Bacchanalia is Located on the Westside of Atlanta, and it has a modern vibe to the restaurant. The tasting menu is carefully selected, and it contains wine pairing for the first, second, and fourth course meals. The food to wine pairing is optional, but it is worth the try for the full experience.
