One could say it’s always a feeding frenzy at Atlanta Eats’ HQ, but to us, it’s just another hard day at work. We’re showcasing the best things we ate last week to give you some food inspiration for the week ahead. Check out AtlantaEatsTV on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for a constant stream of pictures and videos if this post doesn’t quite cure your food porn fix.
Lobster and Brie Omelette from Another Broken Egg Café (multiple locations)
An established chain with various in-town and metro-Atlanta locations, Another Broken Egg serves delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch items that satisfy a variety of palettes. One of our favorites on the menu is the savory Lobster and Brie omelette. Sautéed lobster meat and decadent brie are accompanied with cream cheese, topped with a lovely, light champagne butter sauce, diced tomatoes and green onions, all inside a fluffy omelette. Our mouths are watering just thinking about all the flavors within this dish!
The West Coast Pesto Pizza from Big Pie in the Sky (Kennesaw and Roswell)
We’ve had our fair share of pizza, so we know when we stumble across a scrumptious pie. Using fresh dough and an original New York Style recipe, Pie in the Sky’s West Coast Pesto hits the spot every time. A unique combination of romano, pesto, cream cheese and chicken on hand tossed dough makes it impossible to just have one slice!
Hummus from Baba’s Gyro & Kabob (Cumming)
This simple, classic Mediterranean appetizer is one we can never get enough of, and when we’re craving it, we know Baba’s Gyro & Kabob can give us our fix. The deliciously blended recipe of chickpeas, tahini, fresh garlic, olive oil and roasted red pepper goes perfectly with warm pita bread. It’s a tasty way to kick off a delicious dinner at the family owned and operated restaurant.
