At South City Kitchen Vinings, we take our brown spirits very seriously–and we’d like to share what we know with you. Join them for an evening with beverage manager, Jonathan Houle, to linger and learn about bourbon and rye on June 17th.
You’ll start the evening with your choice of a Manhattan or Old Fashioned as you’re seated in our private dining room. There you’ll enjoy a special amuse from Executive Chef John Spotkill before Jonathan takes you through a flight of three different whiskies, including Buffalo Trace, Michter’s, and Booker’s. He’ll discuss the history, differences between bourbon and rye, distillation process, and more. There will also be a variety of Southern-style appetizers served throughout the evening.
