Sushi

Whether you opt for basic sushi like spicy tuna or a California roll or are willing to order something daring, Atlantic Seafood Company has you covered. Their menu is flurried with creatively named options like “the Big Easy” with spicy crawfish, cucumber, topped with shrimp, avocado, Cajun aioli, tempura scallions, and masago sesame flakes or the “Sea Monster” we devoured with shrimp tempura, crab, asparagus, avocado, lobster, wasabi cream, spicy mayo and eel sauce.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Atlantic Seafood Company’s jumbo lump crab cakes are the deconstructed and delicious version of everyone’s favorite. Instead of combining breading to the lumps of crabmeat, a corn cake is served in tandem with a full crab cake. This is complimented with jalapeno slaw, crispy shallots, Cajun aioli and cilantro oil.

Mixed Broil

The best way to try a little bit of everything on ASC’s menu may also be the most delicious. Their mixed grill consists of whipped potatoes topped with sautéed spinach, grouper, shrimp, scallops and a sauce that enhances it all. Pro tip: you can swap the potatoes for rice pilaf or sticky rice like we did here!

Twin Lobster Tails

Perfectly portioned for the lobster aficionado, these twin lobster tails are so large they serve them on an XL platter. As if you won’t be completely stuffed by the lobster alone, the tails also come with whipped potatoes and sautéed French beans.

Shanghai Chilean Sea Bass

Atlantic Seafood Company prides itself on daily fresh flown-in fish, and boasts about the quality of the sea bass they select. Their sea bass is crunchy and flaky, presented on top of jasmine sticky rice and steamed Bok Choi, ginger with a soy sherry broth that totally makes you taste the “umami” sensation.

Banana Pudding

Not a traditional southern take on banana pudding, ASC serves something more closely related to a milkshake. We’re not complaining. It’s light and refreshing but a beaut to look at. A great ending to a fabulous meal.
