These three seafood powerhouses will be offering a special menu & drink specials to celebrate the special day. Fabre en Provence Rose will be going for $9 a glass and $35 a bottle, and Scofflaw Basement IPA pints for $5. Also, get yo boogie on at Hugo’s Oyster Bar and C&S Chowder House from 7 to 10 p.m. with live music!
All special menu oyster plates will be priced at $14. The menu of unique menu items includes Oysters Bienville with shrimp, mushroom and parmesan; Oysters Moscow with crème fraiche and Royal Siberian caviar; Oyster Toast with smoked bacon; Crispy Oysters with corn & bacon succotash & smoky spicy mayo; and lastly, a Combo Platter with two Bienville oysters, two Moscow oysters, and two Crispy oysters.
