Where We’ve Visited Lately – Week of 11/12 & 11/19

Update – We’re adding our Thanksgiving week to this post (since we only visited two places).  Check out our visits to Heirloom Market BBQ for a delicious lunch and amazing BBQ.  We also stopped by the Grand Opening of The Freakin’ Incan, a Peruvian restaurant in Roswell (their first location is in Tucker) with mouth-watering dishes.

This week, we stopped by Kyma in Buckhead to talk to Chef Pano Karatassos about his new cookbook, Modern Greek Cooking.  We then stopped by Meating Street BBQ to shoot a new episode and hear about their BBQ and wine pairings.  Our own Mara Davis hosted Out of the Kitchen, a culinary event at the St. Regis featuring Atlanta’s best chefs cooking specially prepared dishes at individual tables.  The event benefitted Cure Childhood Cancer, a wonderful organization.  We wrapped up our week in Chamblee at Gala’s Pizza, where Instagrammer @billysburgers opened his own burger pop up – NFA (NOT Fooling’ Around) Burgers.
