Jamaican soul food shares some of those characteristics, and backs them up with a whole lot of heat. Rodney himself trained under Wolfgang Puck, and has worked at the Sundial at the top of the Westin Hotel, and Livingston in the Georgian Terrace Hotel, so you know he’s got the skills so create some really tasty dishes.
