Chef Todd Richards’ long awaited restaurant is now open to the public!

From the same team that brought Atlanta The Shed, The Pig & The Pearl brings us a concept that combines a raw bar with a BBQ joint. With everything made on site, it certainly promises to up the Atlantic Station dining game.  The menu has incredible depth with an impressive raw bar that includes oysters, salmon, tuna plus smoked seafood spreads. The BBQ side of the menu is equally as impressive and includes the traditional (pork shoulder, brisket, wings) and the not so traditional (duck, a beef belly Delmonico). 

While they are not opening with a liquor license a quick glance at the cocktails promises the same mixture of traditional and unexpected.

  • Salmon with soy, wasabi roe, and nori.
  • Yellowfin tuna with ponzu gelee, ginger and cucumber.
  • Get the 'Hotter' sauce. Trust us.
  • Brisket sandwich with smoked onions and pickles on a smoked brioche.
  • Creamed corn with serrano pepper. Our favorite bite of the meal.
  • Vinegar based coleslaw with scallion and carrot.
