In this week’s perfect order, Inc Street Food’s Bob McDonough recommends the queso fundido and the taco sampler, rounded out with chocolate rice pudding empanadas for dessert.

Chad Anderson of Hal’s on Old Ivy would make the center cut fillet with a side of grilled asparagus and cheddar and scallion mashed potatoes, before finishing up with bread pudding.

Parma Tavern’s owner, Rob Caswick, goes straight for the chicken parmesan while Souper Jenny’s Jenny Levison thinks you could do far worse than getting a soup recommendation from her staff and taking a quart of it home.
