BBQ’d Grilled Cheese
521’s BBQ Grilled Cheese is a modern take on a household classic. Buttered & grilled preservative-free bread from Holman & Finch, American & cheddar cheese, sliced tomato and your choice of juicy slow smoked brisket, chicken, or pork makes for the perfect bite. A little messy and a lot delicious, this ain’t your mama’s grilled cheese!
Rarely do barbecue joints boast healthy options as delicious as 521’s “Super Salad”. A meal itself, this salad is packed with everything and can even be topped with your favorite smoked meat: kale & swiss chard, sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, celery leaves, sweet onions & bleu cheese crumbles all tossed in a deliciously unique sweet pickle vinaigrette. A sophisticated bite and perfect for summer, the “Super Salad” is just as satisfying as anything else on the menu!
Sliced Brisket Plate
As self proclaimed brisket aficionados, we are addicted to 521’s juicy, sweet, and smoked brisket. The slices are so tender, they fall apart at just the sight of a fork. Although we are totally fine eatings pounds of this stuff by itself, we love to pair our brisket with some upscale “shells and cheese” and garlic green beans. This is a can’t-miss!
