The Atlanta Eats Restaurant Finder
It’s fitting that a brewer focused on the flavors of the world would be near the World’s Busiest Airport. That’s what you’ll find at Arches Brewing in Hapeville. They’ve been creating old world lagers since 2016 using their science based backgrounds to tinker with water, grain, hops and yeast.
Things in College Park’s Aye Tea Elle are simply elevated. Between the cool, calming lighting, the colorful decor, or the white, baby grand piano, everything at Aye Tea Elle captures the eye. But besides being great for date night – and your social media feed – the food is also top notch, with jumbo lump crab cake, lobster mac and cheese with smoked gouda, cajun alfredo penne pasta, lamb lollipops and much more.
Corner Tavern is a quality restaurant and lively neighborhood bar (we visited their Hapeville location) with some delicious eats, as well. When the weather gets warm, you can enjoy their outdoor seating and once their indoor dining starts up in the future, play a round of pool on their pool tables, or sit at the bar and enjoy a Jameson–they serve a lot of it.
You’re never a stranger at Jpresso coffeeshop and restaurant in Hapeville. It’s for good reason – they’re like a defacto community center, with regulars and local residents doing everything from hanging out to holding meetings at the space. In her childhood, owner Christine Ahn’s family owned a Hapeville convenience store – now, Jpresso is the culmination of her childhood dreams. So you know she loves the community.
Atlanta bound British flyers don’t have to go far once they land – Manchester Arms in College Park will feel a little like home – with some American South sprinkled in. Since 2005, Manchester Arms has been serving home cooked meals for everyone in College Park in a bucolic neighborhood setting.
Who is the Papi in Papi’s Cuban and Caribbean Grill? Owner Reynaldo Regalado’s father inspired the name with his delicious Sunday family meals, filled with love. Now, with the culinary expertise of his wife Teresa, Papi’s delivers one of ATL’s best Cuban sandwiches, tostones, coffee, tres leches and more.
At the headquarters of Porsche, you can have the ultimate dining experience and the ultimate driving experience all in one. Restaurant 356, located inside of Porsche headquarters with views of the Porsche Experience Center track, is one of the most unique fine dining destinations in the country. Named after Porsche’s first production car, Restaurant 356 features nods throughout the restaurant to Porsche’s history – from the leather seating to the art on its walls.
The restaurant boom in College Park started in one place – Real Milk and Honey. It’s one of the first black owned restaurants in the area that started the current brunch trend (that is showing no signs of letting up). People from all over Atlanta – and the country – come to Milk and Honey for the great vibes, loud music, awesome service and amazing food (like the best shrimp and grits in Atlanta).
