Father-son dynamic duo Steve and Stephen Franklin have a passion for barbecue that they want to share with all of Atlanta. This inspired smokehouse draws from influences across the south to create a blend of flavors that everyone can lick their fingers for. Two Texas offset smokers named Poncho and Lefty slowly smoke some of the best, tastiest briskets over local hickory and maple wood every day. Make sure you come hungry!
DAS’ famous brisket is smothered with a flavorful rub and then smoked for around 14 hours. The tender meat easily tears apart and will melt like butter in your mouth!
Elote Cream Corn
The regulars’ favorite. This signature side is made up of a slow roasted cream mixture of corn, jalapeños, and cheese.
These finger-lickin-good ribs will make ya chomp right down to the bone! Your choice of a half rack or a whole rack.
