Calamari is a very common feature on menus in town, so we could forgive you if you were to overlook it at Fritti. But, do your self a favor and order it! When it’s done right, as it is here, calamari is the perfect combination of fresh squid, light cornmeal coating and a dash of lemon to wake it all up.

Funghi de Bosco

You won’t go wrong with any of the pizzas at Fritti, classic or re-imagined. There is one pie that brings everyone back; the Funghi de Bosco. San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, crimini and portobello mushrooms, white truffle oil. Take one bite and you’ll already be plotting your next visit.
