Todd English Tavern is truly ballpark food gone worldly. Flavors incorporated into each dish are inspired from countries around the globe. The genius behind this neo-tavern menu comes from Georgia native, Chef Todd English. He took game day food favorites and upped the ante. From nachos to wings to burgers, all his dishes are packed with cultural flavor and pair nicely with a signature cocktail.
Georgia Peanut Butter Chicken Wings
Peanut butter and jelly wings exist here and they are phenomenal. Fantastically fried wings tossed in a seasonal fruit and chili glaze served with a roasted Georgia peanuts Thai satay sauce on the side.
Ahi Tuna Poke
This may not be a traditional game day food, but it tips the charts for delicious appetizers. Fresh Ahi Tuna is coated in a soy sesame dressing and combined with avocado, charred ginger pineapple, seasonal fruit, and toasted nori puffed brown rice. Extra flavor is served on the side in the form of a tobiko sesame wasabi mayo.
This burger will have a Yankee saying y’all after the first bite. Eight ounces of a beef brisket, short rib patty is topped with hickory smoked bacon, fried egg, wild berry jam, cheddar cheese, butter leaf lettuce, local tomatoes, grilled onions, and spicy mayo all on a brioche bun.
