A long list of awards follow Angel Fire BBQ, all of which are well deserved as it’s food is incredible! Shrimp are smoked over pecan woods are scooped onto a fresh bed of butter lettuce, then drizzled with a spicy n’ smooth horseradish aioli to make up this unbelievably good Smoked Shrimp Po’ Boy, pictured above. The accompanying Mac & Cheese is also one of the best we’ve ever tried!
Dominic’s pizzas are baked with care over Atlanta’s one and only mobile wood fired brick oven for a totally unique dining experience. Honest ingredients take the forefront of this food truck, as these pies are crafted from from-scratch-dough, personally selected and sliced meat, and hand crushed imported Sicilian tomatoes. Pictured above is The Manhattan Pizza, Dominic’s classic cheese and pepperoni pie.
Get a taste of Portugal at the Espetada food truck! Named after the country’s traditional meat skewers, this truck serves up bold flavors, like the Chicken Espetadas pictured on the left. These babies are served over a crisp bed of lettuce with a side of yummy house dipping sauce and a side of milho (crispy and sweet fried corn), which are beyond addicting!
