These guys are cooking up some killer steaks and the freshest seafood straight from the Gulf of Mexico. Being so close to the Gulf, there’s no doubting that the shrimp at Wind Creek is amazing. This dish is classic South. Cheesy, buttery grits are topped with sauteed spinach, bbq’d shrimp and topped with a creamy butter beur blanc sauce. Honey hush!
