Goat Cheese in Mariana with Fresh Bread from Pricci (Buckhead)

Just FYI, this all-you-can-eat starter from Pricci is sure to cure those beginning-of-the-week blues. This is no ordinary blend of cheese and sauce, it forms a miraculously delectable combination of creaminess from the goat cheese and richness of the acid from the tomato sauce. Even if you generally shy away from bread before a meal, there is no willpower strong enough to resist the goat cheese and marinara sauce from Pricci.

Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna from Bishoku (Sandy Springs)

The trendiest sushi right now is in the form of “crispy rice”. Sushi rice is lightly fried and formed into a small square or rectangle, then is topped with a spicy tuna mixture. Bishoku, one of the restaurant queens of sushi in Atlanta, adds a special touch to their crispy rice: caviar. An order of 4 spicy tuna crispy rice is each topped with a different color of caviar- yellow, green, red and black. This is a dish you need to see in person to believe it’s beauty!

Pizza Brezza from Brezza Cucina (Ponce City Market)

If you haven’t heard, Brezza Cucina is the chic restaurant in the corner of Ponce City Market. Complete with a full outstretched bar and glimmering with natural light, the space itself reels you in. Good news- the food is also exemplary. Order a “pizza” off their menu for a real treat- béchamel, mushroom, guanciale (aka cured Italian meat), crispy potatoes and rosemary top this pie to perfection!
