1. Birdcage

519 Memorial Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30312

2. Bruxie

5126 Peachtree Blvd Suite 200B, Chamblee, GA 30341

Chamblee’s got a new casual spot that all you fried chicken and waffle lovers are going to enjoy! Expect tasty milkshakes + unconvential waffle + chicken pairings plus sweet waffle sandwiches.

3. Chubby Cattle Shabu

2180 Pleasant Hill Rd Duluth, GA 30096

Enjoy all-you-can-eat A5 Wagyu beef, shabu-shabu style, which is the Japanese version of hot pot. It’s thinly sliced tender meat and fresh veggies that you cook in a large open pot. You can choose from the $45 to $98 AYCE tiers, with high quality meats sourced from ranches in Australia and Japan. 4. Damsel

Damsel is an ambitious new venture from the team behind beloved restaurant, The Select, in Sandy Springs. It’s a fixed price dinner and a show spot. Every dish and drink we had here were on point, and there’s a bar area you can walk in and enjoy as well. Plus, after the show, on weekend nights Damsel transforms into a dance floor and dance party pumpin’ 70s, 80s, and 90s hits! 

5. Ela

1186 North Highland Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30306.

New Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant Ela has just opened up the old El Taco space. It’s a beautiful spot, with an inventive cocktail program that pulls from different spices and ingredients common in the Mediterranean region.

6. Flavor Rich Restaurant

549 Peachtree St Atlanta, GA 30308

For excellent and rich breakfast and brunch food, head to Flavor Rich Restaurant. This popular food truck and Suwanee comforrt food restaurant has recently opened up on the ground floor of the Byron on Peachtree St near Emory Hospital Midtown. Enjoy truly decadent and delicious dishes like truffle steak and eggs, 24k chicken and waffles, and banana foster french toast.

7. Indaco

725 Ponce De Leon Ave NE Suite 250, Atlanta, GA 30306

A new Italian spot has opened up in town, and we’re happy to report it’s DELICIOUS. This Beltline spot comes to ATL by way of Charleston and is serving up wood-fried pizzas, tasty pastas, and excellent desserts that please. The focaccia and homemade butter is a revelation. For the girls who love a good caesar salad, we’re here to tell you their Little Gem Salad is the best in the city. Finish off your meal with the affogato for the perfect conclusion to your evening.

8. The Reading Room

9. Spiller Park Coffee

233 Mitchell St SW Atlanta, GA 30303

Downtown Atlanta is an area that sometimes is overlooked, but Spiller Park Coffee has boldly opened a new and absolutely gorgeous storefront right on Mitchell St. The renovation they did is absolutely beautiful.

10. Stereo

900 DeKalb Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30307

Stereo is a cafe by day, cocktail bar by night. It’s a spacious spot and vinyl listening bear near Krog St. Market, from the same owners behind beloved but now shuttered spot, Little Trouble. It’s meant to be a relaxed lounge-like spot to enjoy some unique tunes for the grown and sexy crowd. Be warned that parking can be a little tricky, so it’s best to uber or walk.

11. Xi Hotpot 

2645 N Berkeley Lake Rd NW Ste 116-119 Duluth, GA 30096

If you’re only dining within the city limits of Atlanta, you’re truly missing out on some gems. Duluth is an enclave of amazing cuisine from all over the world, especially from Korea and other Asian countries. They’ve added a new Hot Pot spot
