Lobster Roll at Crawfish Shack
This weekend, we rounded up the best lobster rolls that Atlanta has to offer. In all of that research, many lobster rolls were devoured. But the one we’re still thinking about? The Connecticut style lobster roll at Buford Highway’s Crawfish Shack. Served warm with garlic butter, tarragon leaves and lemon.
Crawfish Boil Eggs Benedict at The Hyatt
This week, Mara Davis judged the Hyatt Good Taste Series that pits chefs from all Hyatts all over the nation to find the best. One of the highlights was a taste of the low country from the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The chef whipped up a crawfish boil eggs benedict that incorporated the flavors of both and has us hoping we’ll see it on a brunch menu soon!
Pimento Cheese Wontons at Sweet Auburn BBQ
There is no shortage of fantastic pimento cheese in this town (our roundup here) and one of the spots doing it right is Sweet Auburn BBQ in Poncey-Highlands. They serve their take on the Southern specialty wrapped up on wontons. Oh, and their wings are pretty great too…
Cheesecake at The General Muir
This week’s winner sent us a shot of the legendary cheesecake at The General Muir. Just look at that beauty….
