Bona Fide Deluxe
1454 La France Street Northeast Ste 110, Atlanta, GA 30307
Bona Fide is the king of sandwiches here in ATL. You better show up hungry because the size of these sandwiches is really something. From the smoked turkey melt and the chopped chicken to the specials they churn out each week, this place is sandwich heaven. Sit outside and relax at the picnic tables or sit inside beneath tons of chandeliers like the fancy sandwich eaters that you are.

Dailies and Sides
225 Rogers St NE #11, Atlanta, GA 30317
A great spot for breakfast on the weekends and burgers during the week would be Dailies and Sides! A fun little touch they do is bring popcorn out when you get seated so you have a little something to munch on. For breakfast they have everything from pancakes and chicken and waffles to breakfast sandwiches and grit bowls. The Meat the Fockers burger is a huge hit here. If you love the meats, this is the burger for you.

Dr. Bombay’s Underwater Tea Party
1645 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
This small and eclectic tea room is only open on the weekends, so you’ll want to be sure to make a reservation beforehand. The scones and pastries here are delicious and the prices are very reasonable! Try The Caroline Tea option which includes a pot of tea, a scone, quiche, two finger sandwiches, two freshly baked cookies and two brownie bites for $20! You’ll want to spend all afternoon in the cozy tea room noshing and spending time with your friends or family.

Gigi’s Italian Kitchen & Restaurant
1660 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
Gigi’s is the local Italian restaurant in this neighborhood. It’s the perfect stop for an anniversary or birthday dinner. This small and cozy spot also has a small and cozy menu, with mainstays like caviar and polenta and chicken milanese. You can always count on them to have new specials every week though and service with a smile.
La Fonda/Fellini’s Pizza
1639 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
This iconic duo has blessed a handful of Atlanta neighborhoods. Almost anytime you find a La Fonda, a Fellini’s will likely be just a few feet away. If your group is divided on what they want to grab for dinner, it’s all good! Half of the group can get La Fonda’s delicious margs and tacos while the other half goes for a scrumptious pepperoni pie. Boom- everyone’s happy.

Moxie Burger
1660 DeKalb Ave NE Unit 150, Atlanta, GA 30307
A great place for burgers any day of the week is Moxie Burger! The Candler Park location is the fifth and most recent location to open. They have plenty of burger, sandwich, side and dog options for you to choose from. And if none of those options suit you, you can even build your own burger! From tons of different bun and topping options it’s impossible not to enjoy a meal here.
