9 Mile Station on the top of Ponce City Market’s rooftop boasts one of the most spectacular views of the city’s skyline. Order the delicious charcuterie board and gaze over the skyline with your loved one! You can pretty much bet that restaurants with a rooftop are going to be trendy, and this one is no different. Azotea, which means rooftop in Spanish, is a Mexican spot right in the middle of Atlantic Station serving up some delicious tacos, dips, shrimp cocktail, and more. Choose from their choices of chicken, beef, veggie, or fish taco options and you’ll get three delicious tacos served on fresh corn tortillas. No meal at a Mexican restaurant is complete without ordering a margarita so make sure to try one of their many margaritas next time you go.

3. Bar Peri

This beautiful Dunwoody rooftop bar is the place to go for early drinks and bites before hitting the town. The ambiance here is to die for. There are several different options for creative Bar Peri cocktails as well as whites, reds, sparkling, and beer options. As for bites, try the classic charcuterie board loaded with delicious meats and cheeses, or go for the BBQ chicken flatbread or cheese steak sliders. You will keep coming back for the phenomenal view here at Bar Peri.

4. Clermont Rooftop

5. Drawbar

West Midtown’s hottest new rooftop has to be Drawbar at the Bellyard Hotel! While not technically on the very top of the roof, this spot offers a beautiful view of West Midtown and feels spacious whether you’re inside or outside. Come for brunch, for post-work cocktails, or settle in for a dinner and enjoy the season. It’s great for groups to gather around on their comfortable couches and hang out!

6. Estrella

Great rooftop vibes to be had at this somewhat hidden gem nestled right by New Realm. Bazati/The Brasserie is their downstairs location, featuring glamorous 1920s French vibes, while Estrella is their rooftop, a more intimate arrangement that depending on the night, can be a quiet place to enjoy a drink or an all-out party.

What’s better than a rooftop with a nice view? A rooftop with a nice view and tapas! Gypsy Kitchen in Buckhead is the perfect spot for a girls’ night out, or any excuse to eat some good food and drinks with friends. The rooftop has a great view of all of Buckhead Village and then some. The ambiance is top-notch, but it doesn’t stop there. Their dishes are cooked to perfection so you are going to want to order several so you can try a little bit of everything. Some classics on the menu include patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, and croquetas de pollo.

An oldie but a goodie, Atlantic Station keeps bringing on new and exciting restaurants and shops that keep us coming back to this Midtown hub for fun. And HOBNOB’s new second-story patio overlooks the green so you can watch whatever exciting stuff is happening at Atlantic Station that day.

10. Mrs. P’s

You will experience all the vibes at Mrs. P’s Bar and Kitchen. Located in the Wylie Hotel near Ponce City Market, Mrs. P’s is serving some good old-fashioned southern eats and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The whole restaurant is decorated so cute and they can accommodate your whole gang in their comfortable semi-circle booths inside. The rooftop is small, but it is mighty. Step outside to grab yourself a cocktail and enjoy some gorgeous views of Ponce while you’re up there.

 

11. New Realm Brewery

West Midtown really is blessed with some of the city’s finest restaurants. Case in point: O-ku. We love their top-of-the-line sushi and their rooftop is so nice, it’s even great to just pop in for a cocktail and an appetizer.

Palo Santo has the best of both worlds; a restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop bar! Their food is influenced by modern Mexican cuisine creating mind-blowing dishes such as the grilled octopus. They have a beautiful view from the outside of Atlanta and an amazing setting inside. A great place to take a picture is the stairway towards the rooftop bar with its yellow lighting. Keep in mind that the rooftop is only open on weekend nights therefore plan accordingly.

14. Rowdy Tiger

Rowdy Tiger is a whiskey bar and kitchen located inside the Renaissance Hotel in Midtown. The whole vibe here is based on the prohibition era from the decorations around the bar to some of their specialty cocktails. They have some tasty snacks like their fried green tomato bites and deviled eggs to more filling options like the Rowdy Burger and shrimp and grits. The rooftop here is super spacious with plenty of seating for all and a large bar so you can fill up on the cocktails when your drink starts getting low.
