Atlanta’s West Side is alive with the spirit of Southern France at AIX and its adjacent wine bar, Tin Tin. Inspired by his travels to Provencal, chef Nick Leahy has created a mouth watering menu featuring the best dishes of the region, an area renowned for using French techniques and methods with international ingredients. Plus, you can always find an amazing glass at Tin Tin, named after Chef Leahy’s great aunt, who “was always at the stove with a glass of Rose”.
