Peach & the Porkchop
Bone In Duroc Porkchop
Named one of the top 5 porkchops in the country by Men’s Journal, this is the restaurant’s specialty. A 14 ounce grass-fed chop is served atop sautéed spinach & cumin seed fingerling potatoes, topped with a bourbon peach chutney & veal demi glaze.
The Big Salad
This salad earned its name for a reason. Spring mix is topped with baby heirloom tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, eggs, beets, avocados, artichokes, yellow & red peppers & goat cheese, dressed with a fat free balsamic vinaigrette. Grilled or blackened chicken, scallops, steak, salmon or shrimp can be added for an additional charge.
Southern Fried Chicken
Organic chicken is fried to perfection & accompanied by whipped sweet potatoes & grilled asparagus. Gingered sliced apples & pecans are included for a sweet finish.
