Black Bear Tavern

That’s what owner Timmy Phillip did and why his Black Bear Tavern is an oasis for Chicago expats living in Dixie. They’ve got every Cub, Bulls, Bears and Blackhawk game on, but if you’re not a fan of the Windy City sports team, you’ll find plenty to love on the menu.
