Classic Beef Tartare
Delicious beef, made with horseradish, capers and egg yolk and served with freshly made house chips.
The Cattle Shed Burger
The patties are made in house with local, grass fed black angus. It’s served on a brioche bun and topped with a gribiche, muenster crispy shallots and french fries.
Roasted Half Chicken
The chicken is brined in a salt solution, then its skin is removed and it’s hung and dried for 3 days in their walk in cooler. Then it’s roasted, carved, seared in a pan and topped with salsa verde, lemon, herbs and delicious sourdough toast.
