Henri Fiscus created a gourmet bakery in downtown Atlanta in 1929 at the corner of 10th and Peachtree Streets. For 90 years, this Atlanta institution has been creating gourmet baked goods, mouth watering sandwiches and keeping its recipes – and business – closely guarded within the family. Now owned by Henri’s great grandson, the institution is a part of the ATL’s incredible culinary history.
