At Just Brunch Breakfast Bar in Duluth, they are singularly focused on one thing – creating a great brunch dish. Owner Keith Kash learned to cook from his mother, who inspired him to open both Just Brunch and his other restaurants, Who’s Got Soul (in fact, Just Brunch is decorated with some of her favorite records and books throughout). That inspiration has turned into mouthwatering dishes like the Cone’bread Waffle Stack with Korean Fried Chicken and the Bananas Foster French Toast. With folks who work on the weekends in mind, Just Brunch is open for whenever you have that brunch craving and want to satisfy it with something special.

At Just Brunch, they use hand cut brioche, creme anglaise, maple butter and your choice of bacon, pork sausage, chicken sausage or beyond sausage.
