In-house butchered steak is grilled to perfection and served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. It is then topped with a red wine steak jus making each bite drip in flavor.
You can’t have Italian without the carbs or carbonara and this dish masters both. Thick cut Nueske’s bacon is sautéed with snow peas and Chitarra pasta in a thick cream sauce and topped with a poached egg.
Authentic Italian dessert done right! Layers of espresso soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese are sprinkled with cocoa powder and powered sugar that will surely satisfy your sweet-tooth.
