Since 2005, Manchester Arms has been serving home cooked meals for everyone in College Park in a bucolic neighborhood setting. In fact, when College Park Mayor Bianca Motley Broom first moved to the neighborhood, it was Manchester Arms’ large patio that inspired her to make the move.
