Nakato was founded by the grandmother of the current owner and operator, Sachi. For the last 46 years, Nakato has been defined by Japanese tradition and culture, offering a variety of dining experiences. Guests can choose hibachi style dining, where the chef cooks in front of you, or traditional dining, where guests are served a full course meal while dining on traditional Japanese mats. With rotating seasonal full course menus, any time of the year is the perfect time to visit Nakato and experience traditional Japanese fine dining.
