Pork Belly
Inspired by the classic Southern peanut-in-a-coke-bottle, this dish was served with a Coca-Cola gastrique, pickled veg salad and tossed with roasted peanuts on our visit. An incredibly creative and delicious way to celebrate the South!
Smokey Grilled Pork Chop
Creamed kale, crisped fingerling potatoes, fried shallots, beer mustard and a perfectly grilled pork chop.
Chocolate Caramel Angel Pie
