This week on Atlanta Eats we’re cooking with gas visiting our favorite hot spots. We start in West Midtown at The Optimist for fresh oysters and a hall of fame lobster roll. Then we head up Roswell Road for old school Italian classics at Ippolito’s. Then we hit Serpas to for smoked salmon chips and bacon-wrapped figs all with a New Orleans flare. Finally it’s off to Seed for a ravioli so good it literally has it’s own fan club.
