Bar Margot’s Pastries

Hotel restaurants and bars can be hit or miss, but the Four Seasons really delivers on all fronts with Bar Margot. Everything there is top notch presentation, but it’s their pastries that are perhaps the most beautiful thanks to the talents of Pastry Chef Erica Lee. The menu changes regularly, so be sure to stop in seasonally to see what’s new. Currently, there is an ube crepe cake featured on the dessert menu!

Dr. Bombay’s Underwater Tea Party – High Tea

We love the kitschy and homey decor and settling in for a big pot of tea at this Little Five Point staple. For a totally gorgeous spread, order the afternoon tea. You’ll get to experience a handmade assortment of quiche, cakes, baked goods, and sandwiches served on a vintage china tiered tray. You can also order the High tea to go and have a beautiful picnic or order a more petite size “Caroline Tea” anytime between 12:o0pm and 5:30pm.

Mac Lab’s Geode Macarons

This little Duluth spot creates total works of art with their small batch macarons, a French cookie made from almond flour and filled with flavor. You can order their geode macarons online for pick-up or delivery. While their geode macarons are total stunners, everything they make is truly gorgeous and made with unique flavors from lavender honey to lychee to cotton candy.

Tiny Lou’s Pastries

Chef Charmain Ware is bringing her talents to Hotel Clermont’s Tiny Lou! She’s created an homage to Clermont Lounge’s Blondie with a banana blondie with chocolate cremeux, pretzel bits, dulcey mousse, PBR caramel, and an espresso ice cream. But everything she has created and added to the menu is just as inventive and beautiful.
