Best Thing We Ate Last Week

BTWATW_Blog1c

You could say it’s always a feeding frenzy at Atlanta Eats’ HQ, but to us it’s just another hard day’s work. We’re sharing the best things we ate last week to give you some food inspiration for the week ahead. Check out AtlantaEatsTv on InstagramFacebook, and Twitter for a constant stream of pictures if this doesn’t quite cure your food porn fix…

Meatloaf and sides from Greenwood’s on Green Street (Roswell)

It’s the New Year, so we want to commemorate it with as many lucky foods as possible! Greenwood’s is always on point with their southern comfort staples, so we knew they could transform black-eyed peas into something crave-able. They represent coins as the collard greens symbolize money and prosperity to come in 2016!

Mountain High Pie from Bones (Buckhead)

This picture looks pretty, but it is a far cry from doing this pie justice. You need to take a trip to Bones and devour this decadent dessert. It’s stacked with layers of ice cream with pistachios, crunchy chocolate bits and fudge in between. Let’s just say if you’re going to splurge on dessert, why would you settle for anything less than this?

Avocado Egg Rolls from Taqueria Tsunami (Marietta)

Avocado is still trending in the food world! This appetizer from Taqueria Tsunami (more locations all over Atlanta & Athens) is simply arranged, but is filled with creamy, crunchy, somewhat healthy goodness. Don’t be afraid to dip- we’re a fan of both the Santa Fe ranch & sweet and spicy Thai sauce.
