Atlanta Eats Honored with Two Emmy Nominations

ATLANTA (May 11, 2021) –  Atlanta’s favorite food TV show and food media production company has been nominated for two Southeast Emmy awards. The nominations once again celebrate Atlanta Eats’ place as one of the industry leaders in original video content and speak to the proficient storytelling that Atlanta Eats has become famous for. Altogether, Atlanta Eats has previously won five Southeast Emmys.

Atlanta Eats’ co-founder and host Steak Shapiro was nominated for best “Program Host/Moderator/Correspondent” and former Atlanta Eats’ Creative Director Scott Chalk has also been nominated for “Best Director – Long Form Content.” 

“Getting nominated for an Emmy is like finding a new BBQ spot, makes me proud. Also kudos to Scott Chalk who helped us build this brand from the ground up,” said Atlanta Eats host Steak Shapiro. Southeast Emmy Winners will be announced at Southeast Emmy Award Gala on June 19th, 2021.
