Santa Teresa 1796 Cuba Libre Recipe

We love a good Cuba Libre recipe – especially when it’s made with Santa Teresa 1796 rum. The rum comes from 5 generations of distillers, and is run through the original cask from 1796. On this episode of The Mix, host Julie Smith reviews the history of the popular rum and Cola drink before host Phil Armijo digs in with an easy to make Cuba Libre recipe for your home. Ingredients

2 oz. Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
Fever-Tree Distiller’s Cola
Lime
Ice

Instructions

Step 1: Fill a highball glass with ice.
Step 2: Add 2 oz. Santa Teresa 1796 Rum and Fever-Tree Distiller’s Cola, to taste.
Step 3: Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
