We were lucky enough to get into two delicious, meat-centric kitchens last week. We started at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar and dug into the delicious Sam I Am Burger – American Cheese, Fried Egg, Rosemary Ham and Freshly Made Pesto – with our friends from Gas South as part of the Gas South Supper Club. We also headed to Duluth and hung out with our friends from Uncle Jack’s Meat House just before their episode airing Saturday night. We learned how they make their smoked bourbon drink – the Sweet and Smoky – and popped into the kitchen to see them build their Peachtree Corners Burger (vote for it here: https://www.exploregwinnett.org/burgers-and-brews) and Fred Flintstone Ribeye.
We also posted a new video series during March Madness that we’re calling Cinderella Stories – starting with The Slutty Vegan’s great food truck to restaurant story.
