Chef and owner Arnaldo Castillo is whipping up his family recipe for tamales, made with traditional Peruvian mote corn, braised pork belly, aji amarillo, and botija olives for $40 for half a dozen. Add on the Salsa Criolla Kit (serves 4) for $15, Salsitas in 8 oz. jars for $8 each, and a Whole Turkey Special with Sofrito Gravy ($175) that serves 7 to 9 people.
