A little taste of Greece right in your backyard! This family-owned Greek restaurant serves delicious and fresh Greek food from moussaka and spanakopita to yummy flatbreads and pastas. Athens Kouzzina has so many mouthwatering menu items, you’ll have to go back a few different times to try everything.

2. Boulder Creek Coffee

Boulder Creek has the most wonderful, quaint feel to it. Stop in for a latte and a muffin and do some studying or meet a couple of friends for a nice breakfast. They have so many coffee and tea options as well as different specials from time to time. If you’re not sure what to get, just ask a barista what’s good and they’ll whip you up something tasty! They also have a delicious pastry counter with fresh cookies, muffins, and other sweet treats.

3. Cosmo’s Pizza and Social

Cosmo’s serves delicious New York style pizza as well as calzones, lasagna and more right in downtown Lawrenceville. This is a great little spot to come in for dinner and then grab a drink and hang out with friends for a while. Every night they have something fun going on like karaoke, trivia, or just watching some sports on the TV’s around the place. This is the perfect restaurant for a date night or birthday celebration. They serve generous portions of all of the Italian dishes you know and love. Calamari is always a good starter and chicken parmigiana or tortelloni makes for a delicious and filling entre. Treat yourself to a cannoli and then you can walk around the beautiful downtown Lawrenceville while you digest.

5. Little Barn

Little Barn is known for its huge biscuits and homemade BBQ. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so you better get in line fast so you don’t miss out on the deliciousness. For breakfast they serve their biscuits with any combination of bacon, egg, cheese, ham, chicken, you name it! For lunch, they’ve got you covered with the BBQ, slaw, brunswick stew, and some other yummy sides. You can’t miss the red barn just about a block from downtown Lawrenceville.

6. Local Republic

Local Republic is in a great location right in the middle of downtown Lawrenceville. The atmosphere is fun and lively and they’ve got plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is very diverse with options like burgers, tacos, salads, and rubens. They even have a delicious brunch menu which includes bottomless mimosas on Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m. This is the perfect place for date night or to catch up with some friends to enjoy delicious food and good company!

McCray’s has it all from great beer choices, delicious food, and a fun rooftop! On a nice day the rooftop is absolute bliss! They have several appetizer options like pimiento cheese dip and buffalo chicken rolls (yum!) as well as some great entree options from grilled chicken sandwiches to wings and tacos. Parkside District is the kind of restaurant you drive past and every time you think, “I should really check that place out.” The restaurant has a cool industrial vibe and is a great spot for drinks after work or just meeting up with some friends and sharing a few apps.
