Amici has locations all over Georgia from Athens to Macon and they’re serving up all kinds of beer, and tons of it! They’ve got a little bit of everything from Mexican lagers to IPA’s and sours so it’ll be easy to find the perfect brew for you. If you’re coming to Amici, you have to get a pizza, may it be the BBQ chicken or the Summer in Turin. They also have some awesome starters like mozzarella sticks, buffalo chicken dip and calamari. The wings here and the sandwiches also hit the spot every time.

2. From the Earth Brewing Company

1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, GA 30076

We love this Roswell brewpub for many reasons. The menu is exceptional, with all kinds of fresh and seasonal options, they have a nice outdoor patio and the selection of beers they are brewing is strong. To name a few options off the food menu, they have poutine and creole BBQ shrimp to start off with, smoked french dip and brisket slider sandwiches, plates from rigatoni bolognese to shrimp and grits and key lime pie for dessert. And that’s not even scratching the surface! Choose from 10+ house draughts and even try the flight of 4 beers to see what your favorites are before getting a glass. Another fun thing to note is that all of the beers are named after songs like Yellow Submarine and Dancing in the Moonlight!

This weekend-only spot is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Summerhill and is the perfect place to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon. 4. Hippin’ Hops

1308 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316

This Black-owned brewpub in EAV is so fun and offers an insanely good menu. Hip hop music totally influences the vibe of this spot making it a place you’ll want to hang out at all afternoon. Their food menu is southern and cajun inspired with options like oysters, po’boys, bourbon chicken bites and more good eats. When it comes to the brews, they’ve got all kinds of options on tap from IPA’s to stouts. Be sure to try the beer tower if you go with a group of friends!

5. Inner Voice Brewing

308 W Ponce de Leon Ave Suite H, Decatur, GA 30030

Glide is known for having some of the best pizza in Atlanta, and they have a location right inside the tap room here at Inner Voice! You can expect a weekly rotating beer menu, but we’d recommend getting something that pairs well with pizza (since let’s face it, you’re gonna get some) like the Pizza Beer American Lager or the Foamstack Italian Pilsner. This is a super fun space with tons of great options and it’s located just off the Decatur square.

6. STATS

300 Marietta St NW Suite 101, Atlanta, GA 30313

This is a classic spot for hanging out, drinking beers and watching sports downtown. They have tons of screens across the space so you’ll never miss a play. The food here rocks like the nachos, frickles, dirty bird sandwich and the hot chocolate chip skillet cookie, among many other tasty options. And of course the beer here is great. They have a handful of beers on draft and a ton of rotational beers depending on the season.

This Little Five Points spot is a popular space for hosting events and just stopping by for dinner and a brew alike. They offer 12 beers on tap that often rotate so you can always expect to try something new. The main focus here is on Helles, Pilsner, ESB, IPA, barrel aged strong beer and session styles. When it comes to the food, prepare to be blown away. Chef Matt Crutchfield focuses on sourcing ingredients from local bakeries and farms for the freshest food possible. You can expect to see options like white cheddar fondue, meat and cheese boards, duck confit and more exceptional choices on their dinner menu.
