They make ATL’s best Cuban bread – Publix is all well and good, but sometimes it pays to get the authentic thing – along with a very strong Cuban coffee. Our favorite thing on the whole menu might be their pastelitos, though – they have them with guava, cream cheese or a combination of the two.

Panaderia Criolla is emblematic of this creole history with a fantastic mashup of pan latin dishes. With owners from Uruguay and Argentina, there is also a European influence on their pastries, much like the cultures of those two respective countries. It’s as if a patisserie was born in France, but moved to Argentina as a child and grew up into this wonderful latin bakery.
