Barking Dog Bakery & Feed

At Barking Dog Bakery & Feed in Vinings, every baked treat for your dog uses locally sourced ingredients and no corn, wheat or soy. They are a “five sensory” bakery for dogs, offering cookies, carrot cake bites, liver & kale muffins, goat milk frozen yogurt and Peanut Butter Cupcakes.

Dog City Bakery

Dog City Bakery has been making delicious dog treats for 16 years in Atlanta, with locations in Marietta and Sandy Springs. They make great custom cakes for your dog’s next big bday party, but if you’re looking to just grab some treats, your dog will love their savory snacks. Order the Cheese Dogs, cheese squares, bacon rings and beefy bones. Your dog will not be disappointed.

Pooch Pastries

This pet bakery has no brick and mortar location, but they are open for delivery and pickup, and occasionally do pop-ups throughout the city. The owner recently relocated from Colorado and brought some great pet pastry ideas with her, like donuts for doggies, “pup”panadas, and waffles. The next time you’re planning a boozy brunch with friends at the house, get something for the dog, too, at Pooch Pastries.

Taj Ma-Hound

Decatur’s Oakhurst neighborhood is charming, with a leafy green town square and great restaurants nearby. That includes one for dogs, too. Taj Ma Hound is a pet bakery that’s been operating in Atlanta for 20 years. They are one of the first dog cake bakers in the country and still specialize in creating beautiful cakes for your pampered pooch. Their cakes use carob powder, applesauce, molasses, eggs, stone ground flour, and a yogurt/carob cream cheese frosting. If you’re a fan of ATL hip hop, you may have seen their treats in 2 Chainz’s “Not Invited” video and T-Pain’s “It’s My Dog Birthday” video.

Woof Gang Bakery

Another pet bakery with two convenient locations, you can visit Woof Gang at The Works in the Upper Westside and off of the Eastside Beltline trail. They’ve been featured in episodes of your favorite Housewives TV shows, but around Atlanta they’re best known for being a one-stop shop for your pet’s birthday party. Get yoru dog groomed, fitted for a birthday hat and get all the cookies for the party at Woof Gang Bakery.
