We’ve put together a list of Christmas pop-ups and holiday pop-up bars for you and your besties or significant other to check out this season. There’s so many fun and festive things to do, you could try a new one every weekend until Christmas!

1. Atlanta Christkindl Market in Lawrenceville
210 Luckie St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
This German holiday market will be held in Lawrenceville from November 28th through December 24th. If you’ve never been to the Christkindl Market, it is definitely something you’re gonna want to clear some time on your calendar for. They’ll have plenty of vendors including authentic German food, holiday themed beverages and treats, as well as shopping, live music and more. Take a Saturday and head to Lawrenceville for this festive event. It’ll almost feel like you’re spending the holidays abroad! Only you’ll be about 30 minutes from home instead of 10+ hours away. Be sure to check their hours online before heading over.

2. Igloos & Iceskating at Ponce City Market
675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308
Ponce City Market has so much to offer you this holiday season. The Igloos are back at 9 Mile Station at Ponce! Make a reservation and enjoy brunch or dinner from the comfort of your cozy, heated igloo with a beautiful view of the city. Igloos hold up to 6 people so pick your two favorite couples to go out with or rally up your best girls for a unique experience you won’t want to miss out on! They also have rooftop ice skating, and you can also book an igloo with unlimited ice skating, games, skate rentals, and a basket of sweets and treats. Be sure to also grab a drink at 12 Cocktail Bar for their MixMas Pop-up. It’s a swanky holiday bar this season, and every Friday night in December, there are fun holiday-themed cocktail classes!

3. Bistro Niko

While not technically a holiday bar, you’ll really be hard-pressed to find a more glamorously festive place to spend the holidays than French favorite Bistro Niko. Around the holidays they go all out with the decor, twinkling lights, nutcrackers, garland, and more elegant decorations all throughout the space. Dine on their signature coq au vin and soak in the holiday cheer at one of Buckhead‘s bests! Pro tip: their Ultimate Dining card, good at any Buckhead Life restaurant, is the perfect Xmas gift for any foodie!

4. The Blind Elf at The Blind Pig
128 E Andrews Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30305
The Blind Pig in Buckhead becomes The Blind Elf for the holiday season. They have already transformed into their holiday pop-up and will be serving al a carte options Tuesday-Saturday Evening. Beginning on November 28th, in order to secure a reservation, you must prebook “The Blind Elf Experience” for $76 pre-fixe that includes tax, gratuity, two appetizers, and two specialty cocktails. The decorations will be over the top, twinkling lights will be everywhere and the holiday themed bevs and bites will be abundant!

5. “The Rink” at Park Tavern
500 10th St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
Starting December 1st, Park Tavern is bringing back their famous skating rink that offers a beautiful view of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta skyline. Skating is available every day of the week, so make sure you purchase tickets online so you can skate the night away! Make sure you check out Park Tavern this holiday season!
6. Tinsel Tavern at Live! At the Battery
825 Battery Ave SE #600, Atlanta, GA 30339
From November 29th through December 28th, Live! at the Battery transforms into a festive, over-the-top holiday experience! For tons of Instagrammable moments, tinsel, and twinkling lights, a visit to the Battery is just in order. Make a reservation online or walk in for bar seating for a first come, first serve basis. There also will be tons of events to check out like a Holiday Karaoke Party, Dancing Elves Silent Disco, and Ugly Sweater Party.

7. Après Ski Holiday Bar at Ranger Station

Ranger Station, the fabulous cocktail bar right above the Beltline’s Ladybird, has transformed into a retro winter wonderland inspired by skiing culture. Warm yourself up with a shot-ski on the Beltline this holiday season and experience one of Atlanta’s most legit cocktail bars, where mindfully curated flavors and not fluff take centerstage.

8. SOS Tiki Bar’s Tiki Christmas

For a totally tiki Christmas, head to Decatur where it’s greater! SOS Tiki Bar remains one of the Greater Metro area’s best spots for cocktails, and you can at least imagine it’s warmer out with their Christmas tiki themed decor. The holiday dates are TBA, but their social media teases that it’s coming soon!

9. Virtue Rooftop’s Rooftop Holiday Bar
1197 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30361
Beginning November 20th, enjoy holiday-themed cocktails, light bites, a fun and totally shareable s’mores board, festive tunes, and sparkly Christmas lights at this rooftop! It is a first-come, first-serve spot and there is no cover charge. Be sure to call ahead as they are booked out quite a few times this holiday season for private events.

10. Westside Motor Lounge’s Westside Sleigh Ride
725 Echo St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318
YULE have a wonderful time at Westside Motor Lounge’s “Westside Sleigh” pop-up. It’s kitschy festive fun and a wonderful place for group hangouts, and returns to Atlanta November 28th. Weekday hours are 5 p.m. to midnight while weekends run 12 p.m. to midnight. Expect festive drinks, seasonal decor, and cozy firepits throughout.

11. Amore E Amore’s Winter Wonderland

Atlanta’s kitschiest restaurant goes all out with themes ever quarters, and it’s their Christmas pop-up that’s perhaps the most spectacular! The menu is full of comfort food, and the tinsel shines oh so bright at this spectacular pop-up. Try the eggplant parm for pure magic!

13. Yeppa Beltline’s 69 Lodge
Yeppa’s Beltline location has created an apres-ski-inspired takeover with wood-burning fire pits and a cold-weather cocktail program inspired by 70s and 80s apres culture. On Friday nights, there’s even fake snow, a DJ, and lots of champagne flowing!

Halfway Crooks is putting together the Boeven Bar, their very first holiday pop-up, from December 2rd to January 11th! Expect a cheerful, maximalist Christmas den with nostalgia and festive cocktails. Be sure to add their December 20th Boeven Ball to your calendarm, as well–a holiday masquerade formal with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, a DJ, and dance floor.
