It’s time to show all the mothers out there that they’re wonderful & we love them to pieces, so obviously a delicious meal for the big day is a necessity! Our crew did some research & found some lovely Mother’s Day celebrations at spots all around town that are officially Atlanta Eats approved.

101 Steak (Vinings)

Perfect for those moms looking for some meat! A brunch buffet will be featured from 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., complete with a meat carving station & 101 Steak’s traditional brunch items, including the above Wagyu Pastrami Hash with sweet peppers & onions, sunny side up eggs, potatoes & mustard sauce. $37 for adults, $16 for kids 6-12 and free for children 5 and under. If the mother in your life likes variety, look no further than one of Atlanta’s premiere meeting and event venues. More than 30 buffet selections from Executive Chef Jeff Riedel will be featured, including a grand dessert display. Don’t forget the live piano entertainment! Bite (Alpharetta)

This neighborhood restaurant known for its creative cuisine is featuring a 3 course prix fix menu for the big day at $35 per person, as well as a $15 kids menu. Choose from starters such as a Crab and Sweet Corn Bisque & a Fruit and Cheese Board. Entree options include the Peach Pain Perdue, aka french toast with peaches foster served with potatoes and bacon and Fried Chicken and Waffles with Breakfast Potatoes, Pecan Praline Butter & Vanilla Bean-Jalapeno Syrup (pictured above). Help mom really feel like a queen and get her grub on the house! With the purchase of 1 meal on Sunday, May 14 between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., moms eat for free. The Huevos Rancheros with corn tortillas, house chorizo, spicy beans, fried eggs, salsa, cilantro sour cream, asparagus & potatoes are an AE team favorite at the Sandy Springs location. Double Zero (Emory)

Did someone say breakfast pizza?! Double Zero will be offering specials from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the big day, including breakfast pizza with Fry farm spinach, red pepper, garlic oil, charred red onion, farm fresh egg & Georgia Gold aged white cheddar. Make your reservations for the special day by calling 404.991.3666.

Foundation Social Eatery (Roswell) 

From noon until 3:00 p.m., deliciousness like French toast bread pudding, rapini & goat cheese frittata, NY strip, short rib hash (pictured above) & pecan walnut tarts will be served buffet style, so mom can sample as many dishes as she’d like! Service is $35 per person and $17.50 for those under 12. Grab your reservations through OpenTable.

Lure (Midtown)

Make mom feel like she’s on the beach with a tasty 3 course brunch. Think oysters on the half shell & more maritime deliciousness! The prix fixe menu will be available from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., & reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Mediterranea (Grant Park)

This new gluten-free spot is hosting a “Springtime & Flowers” lunch, complete with a full gluten-free brunch menu. All moms are treated to a complimentary elderflower cocktail to pair with a selection of gluten-free, springtime dishes, all decorated with beautiful edible flowers! Featured dishes include the Mediterranean Breakfast (pictured above), Sweet Berry Lemon Thyme Ricotta Crepe, Shaved Asparagus Salad with Poached Egg & Smoked Salmon Croque Madame.
