Le Bilboquet

We love this elegant Buckhead spot and your date will, too! It’s a great place to feel extra ✨ swanky, ✨ and you really can’t ever go wrong with French cuisine. Their patio is perfect for soaking in the vibes in fair weather. Hop on over for cocktails and drinks and stay for a fantastic dinner, or if you want to switch up the scene and go for some more lowkey greasy grub, walk over to Shake Shack after drinks for a date pleasing bite to eat.

The Blind Pig

Bring in the roaring 20’s with a trip to the Blind Pig. This speakeasy is located in the back of Chido & Padre’s and is both sexy and unexpected. We love the swanky seating, their excellent cocktail menu, and live music Thursdays. It’s a great place to have an intimate conversation with a date, and the ambiance really helps dial the romance up a notch.

Bon Ton Atlanta

Seafood is always the right option for a date, and Bon Ton Atlanta does it so well and with a cajun Vietnamese twist. We love their hip, cozy interiors that just seem to mandate a great time. While there is some socially distanced interior seating at this time, you can get their very tasty po boys and banh mi delivered for some Netflix and chill if you feel safer doing so.

Chairs

Chairs in East Point is THE place to go for a laidback, fun first date with some cheap well drinks, great beer, and surprisingly fantastic food. The co-owner, Meg Sellers, even reports that she knows of at least 5 couples who have met at Chairs and gotten married! Step right in and all your first date jitters will vanish away because this place is just cozy, comfortable, neighborhood bar fun. There are tons of puzzles, pool tables, foosball, and arcade games to occupy you, and they also do drag bingo on Mondays. Chairs is open during the pandemic–but their smoky, brisket sandwich and full menu is available to go as well if you’re trying to play it extra safe.

Perfect patio check! Forza Storico, from the folks behind Storico Fresco, have opened up a fantastic date night spot in West Midtown over by JCT Kitchen. Their patio is our favorite place to be, with plenty of heaters to keep you cozy in the fall and winter time. The energy is both lively and cozy, leading to a more relaxed atmosphere for you and your date.

You’ll also love how they pay homage to music legends like Tupac and Bowie with an assortment of fun and cheeky paintings hanging up on the walls. While there is distancing measures in place, this drink spot doesn’t have much outdoor seating options and is quite intimate, so it could be a great place to bookmark for a date to visit post-vaccine if you’re exercising the utmost caution.

Little Trouble is a moody lounge in West Midtown that makes you feel like you’ve been transported to the trendiest of underground clubs in Asia. The drinks are strong and the pan-Asian street food is excellent to pair with a bit of sake. The volume and music can be a little loud, which will just encourage you to lean in a little closer. Head there between 6pm-7pm for an excellent happy hour!

Osha Thai Sushi Galleria

Thai food is always a great idea, and Osha Thai Sushi Galleria is an excellent choice in particular for a date because their Asian fusion menu has a little something for everyone. And just as important, the interiors and the vibe of the place is really a true showstopper. Some of the co-owners are artists and you can see that reflected in the decor, with hand-drawn art on the walls and art pieces sourced from Thailand. The cocktails are really something special, and there’s outdoor seating as well if you feel more comfortable dining outside.

Sri Thai Atlanta

Atlantic Station is really ideal for a date night spot, when you think about it. There’s an awesome spread of restaurants, a cushy movie theatre, and plenty of picturesque streets to stroll on post dinner date. Sri Thai is one of the newer places to open up in Atlantic Station, and they have unexpectedly authentic Thai cuisine and fresh sushi.
