2. Fado Irish Pub

Multiple Locations

Make like the Irish and enjoy yourself a midday pint. For a casual spot to watch your favorite team play, a surprisingly robust and tasty food menu, and a perfectly poured Guinness, Fado Irish Pub is just the ticket. Their Midtown location has an excellent patio, and we love the cozy chill vibe of the Buckhead location. Whether you go with a group of friends or not, the whole bar can totally become your group for the night due to the always friendly atmosphere!

3. Fetch Park

Multiple Locations

Not a lot of things better in life than barks and brews. Bring your pup to Fetch Park for a day of sippin’ and sunshine. There is a full bar to enjoy, and the prices are reasonable. You can also *totally* go sans dog just to enjoy and pet some pups, too–it’s definitely A.O.K. and how I got my serotonin fix before I got my own pup! They’re also great for trivia! Be aware that if you do bring your pup along, it will need a pretty full list of vaccinations.

10. Rooftop LOA

1115 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30318

When the weather is nice, there’s not a lot of places more perfect to just hang out and sip than Rooftop LOA, a truly unique bar/restaurant/pool/rooftop experience in Atlanta! As you can imagine, it is not the most inexpensive place, but we do love the elevated cocktails and bites! Plus, they’ve added frozen espresso martinis to the mix. I mean, you can’t beat that!

11. Superica

Multiple Locations

There is just something about salsa, chips, and an ice cold marg that just scream ~day drinking.~ Superica is perfect for an afternoon lounging and sipping. They’ve gotten so popular there’s locations all around town and even in other cities around the USA now, but we especially love their original Old Fourth Ward location for people watching and patio hanging.

El Tesoro | Breakfast Burritos

12. El Tesoro

1374 Arkwright Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30317

El Tesoro has one of the best patios in all of Atlanta, and they are an Atlanta Eats staff favorite. You’ll love the vibrant colors, rustic artwork, and sizzling fajitas at this restaurant! With plenty to drink for tequila and mezcal lovers plus tons of refreshing cervezas, there’s something for everyone.

13. Tucker Brewing Company

2003 S Bibb Dr, Tucker, GA 30084

Any Atlanta brewery is awesome for day drinking, but we do especially love Tucker Brewing! They have a fun menu of bar bites + Greek inspired food. The huge salted pretzel is a must! They open around 4pm on weekdays but if you want to hang out and knock back a few brews on a weekend afternoon, they are ideal!

14. Tuza Taco

1523 Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

Another amazing patio + margarita option is Tuza Taco in West Midtown! Diners love their pork belly tacos and the house margarita comes STRONG! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a pitcher. There is free parking as well, though if you get that aforementioned pitcher you may want to uber!

15. Victory Sandwich Bar

Multiple Locations

Scrumptious sandwiches are definitely the perfect pairing for an ice cold beer. This spot has been a popular hangout for years, and their sandwiches, though small, are stupid cheap! Parking is a pain so be aware of that.
