Delicious Dutch Baby Pancakes and Farm Food in Madison, GA – WWVL Week of 2/18

Our week just got batter and batter with every stop. We started at the Original Pancake House in Alpharetta to get a peek at how they make their Dutch Baby pancake – an oven baked pancake with VOLUME – on National Pancake Day. We then headed down to Madison, GA to shoot a Farmers Market/Butcher/Cafe – Farmview Market. Afterwards, we strolled down the highway for a delicious flight of some brewed-on-site beer at Amici.

Freeze Us in Ice and Wake Us Up Once the Pancakes are Ready – National Pancake Day 2019

Remember Otzi the Iceman? The Neolithic man was found in the Italian alps in 1991 and his last meal – along with some deer – may have been a pancake, cooked over an open fire. In other words, humans have been eating pancakes longer than we’ve been speaking English!
